  • Pam Blanchard
    Assistant General Manager

Hello, I am Mainer at heart, hardworking, passionate and driven to give back to my community. I was born in Bar Harbor and grew up in Ellsworth, Maine with strong ties to the fishing industry. My father is a 50 year lobster fisherman and boat builder. I love this community and everything it represents, I stayed in this area my whole life and proudly began my career at Darling's Automall in January of 1995 as Business Manager. In this position my customers were everything and so I received Finance and Insurance training from Universal Underwriters Group in September of the same year.

I continued to provide a first class customer experience based on building a solid reputation with many banks, credit unions and finance companies which allowed me to advocate for my customers. My passion grew and I was promoted to General Sales Manager in 2014. Two years later in January of 2016 I was promoted again to Assistant General Manager. In this position I'm continuing my education to better serve my customers taking part in a 4 day comprehensive Cardone Training Seminar and am enrolled in the National Automobile Dealers Association Academy. Both of these trainings will allow me to become better educated within all aspects of the dealership to better serve my customers, and be on top of industry trends. It's so important for me to put my best foot forward to give back to my community.

On my off time home is my happy place. My home includes my husband, Todd, two horses and two dogs.  My "big dogs" aka my horses Diesel and Sassy are happy as can be in the pasture.  The dogs, Josie and Shelby, enjoy our time in the Moosehead Lake Region and Toddy Pond where we camp, boat and ride our bikes. I am also a proud mom to two grown children and "Mimi" to two beautiful grandbabies who are 3 and 1 years old!

Working for Darling's I've found the difference is always making the customer top priority, treating them how I would want to be treated. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime because YOU are #1 in my book!

  • Jason Goggin
    Team Service Manager

Growing up in Ellsworth my family was my world, and so I stayed in this great community. I grew up with the drive that everyday I would provide the best life for my family. I had various jobs in the car business, but not one I loved so much as the dealership side of things. Over 20 years ago I started working at car dealerships, starting at Morrison's Chevrolet in Ellsworth, Maine as a salesman. I spent about 13 years as a salesman and moved to the service side of things as a Team Service Manager at Van Syckle Kia in Bangor. In 2014 I joined the Darling's team at their Honda location. Then in 2016 I made the move back to Ellsworth as a Team Service Manager.

I'm a big fan of GM having owned 9 vehicles and counting, so working for a GM dealership made sense to me. I trust the brand and proud to help GM owners new and old daily.

Though my kiddos are all grown up they are still what drives me. I have a son, Darian, and a daughter, Emma, who are now in college. I'm super proud of them and all they have accomplished. Though they are out of the house now my home is filled with a rambunctious yellow lab named Ruger and my wonderful wife, Tammie. At home we cheer on the New England Patriots, work on DIY home improvement projects, enjoy time around the fire pit, and travel to Bar Harbor Campground for our bi-annual family adventure. When I'm not around the house I like to play pool with friends and family alike.

I'm a bit of a people person, who likes to strike up a conversation with just about everyone. This helps as a service manager because it allows me time to listen and understand customer service needs. I want to get to know all my service customers, because we all have a story to tell. Darling's as a company doesn't treat its employees as numbers, but people, people with stories to tell. The owner knows my story and from day one I felt like part of the Darling's family. In the same way I want to treat every customer from day one as part of the family. Feel free to reach out to me anytime to keep your vehicle serviced and keep your life story moving forward.

    Sales Manager

I am a man who always has the glass half full and wakes up most days with a smile. I grew up in Ellsworth, Maine. After graduating like every great young kid I wanted to become a radio personality.

The life of a radio man wasn't what my future held as I began my next journey as a salesman for Morrison's Chevrolet in 1993. I flourished at Morrison's moving up to an F&I Manager and ultimately a sales manger in 2014. I loved my work and my life, but I was missing something in my world. I met my amazing wife, Camille, in 2008 and married her in 2010, I couldn't let this one get away. We've grown our lives together and I couldn't be happier.

At home we have 3 dogs, Max, Lexi, and Beatrice. Together we relax at home or on the boat at Beech Hill Pond. Camille and I also enjoy site seeing around the area while riding our motorcycles. Outside home and work life I take great pride in my community serving as a local Shriner since 1996 and and active mason for Lygonea Lodge #40 since 1994. I'm proud to have become a Senior Decon in the Masons.

Every morning I'm lucky enough to walk into work with a smile because I love my job.  Darling's takes great care of our employees and most importantly our customers. This makes it easy to come into work knowing I am making a difference, the Darling's difference. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

The beauty of Downeast Maine has drawn my family for generations. I grew up in East Hampton, CT and moved with my family to Hancock, Maine in 1974.  My grandfather and my family would vacation here, so it was only fitting for my grandfather to settle here after his retirement from GM. My family followed in the move and I became an official Mainer. I hiked, fished swam, ran and explored the area and promised myself never to leave. I went to school for electronics at EMCC and soon found the closest job in this field was in New Hampshire. I made the decision to keep to my promise and stay local. I worked various jobs from Bartender to Banker and eventually found I job I loved with Cars at Morrison's Chevrolet in 1987.  It seemed only fitting to take the job with my love of cars and inspiration from a grandfather at GM and a father with a passion for car shows. I worked just about every job there from rental to becoming Sales Manager in 1999.

In 2017 I proudly moved from my time at Chevy to Sales Manager at Darling's Automall.  Amidst all of this I found my beautiful wife, a local girl all grown up. Lona and I were married and now have an awesome son named Lucas. We built our dream home on Donnell's Pond in Franklin and live an adventurous and wonderful Downeast life. Living on the water we love spending time exploring wether hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking or running. When I'm not at home I give back to this community as much as possible. I remember growing up and seeing local businessmen caring for the community by volunteering and coaching and so at 19 I started to do the same. I started by coaching soccer at the YMCA. Today I'm on countless committees and local boards doing as much as I can to support the community. Some of my favorite involvement is with the Chamber Board on the Finance and Executive Committee, The Board of Acadia Fire, The Chef's Gala Committee and the Schoodic Scramble Committee which are both fundraisers for Maine Coast Memorial Hospital . With what time is left in my world I enjoy relaxing with fitness including running, tennis, skiing and golf. In my younger years I proudly ran the Boston Marathon and the Run to Home Base in Boston.

Everything I do at home or at the office is to better the world around me. I'm proud of this community and want to see it flourish for generations. Darling's community giveback fits so well with this and I'm proud to work here. I know the work I do everyday helps my friends and neighbors, and for that I am grateful. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything.

    Sales Representative

Hey, I'm Alex and I was born a Jersey boy. I was born in New Jersey until about 8 years old when my family followed my grandmother and moved to Orland, Maine. I grew up a Mainer playing sports for Bucksport High School and spending time with my friends.

After school I worked various grunt work jobs and needed something a little different.

I always liked learning about sales so I joined the Darling's team in 2015.

Today I'm still in Orland living in the old house my grandmother first bought when she moved to Maine, not far from my family.  At work I'm proud to be certified in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, GMC and Buick. The more I can learn about these vehicles the better I can find the vehicle that works best for the customer. My goal is to find the best vehicle for my customers and hopefully create a lifelong friendship along the way.

Outside the office I am currently enrolled in SNHU for my online business degree. When I do have free time I love watching or playing sports and music.

While I don't play as often as I used to I love shooting hoops with my friends. Though I'm a fan of the Patriots I will admit to being a Phillies fan. My friends and I enjoy watching games and catching up at Season's and Hero's in Bangor. I also love music and concerts. One of my more recent favorites is seeing Dropkick Murphys in Bangor, Maine. Whatever life brings me it's my Ram that drives me with a powerful engine and great interior, perfect for a Maine winter. Besides that it's coffee and red bull that keeps me going, I can't go a day without caffeine!

I take great pride in wanting to help someone out, something we all share at Darling's. The Darling's go out of their way to help the customer and their employees, not because they have to but because they care. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything, I'm here to help.

    Sales Representative

I grew up near the Ocean in Trenton, Maine with mechanics and automotive in my blood. At the age of ten my father let me work in his mechanic shop, and before you knew it I had my own car to work on at about fourteen. That car is my 1989 Chevrolet Camaro, a dream car to fix up and be mine. Automotive stayed in my blood and I went to vocational school for Automotive Tech.

Since then I've worked at various shops around the Bar Harbor area, bought and sold lobsters and even did some lobstering myself to help pay for my wedding. My wife, Sarah and I were married, had our first child and I started at Darling's all around the same period. Our family grew and Darling's was the perfect fit for my new little family. My family is my world, especially my little girl, Aubree Jean. Most of my time is spent with them,  in particular Sunday's as we call it our Family Day. When I do have some me time my favorite hobby is drag racing my Camaro, after all these years I still have it! We've won a few Car Shows but I'd rather be racing in Winterport on a beautiful Maine summer day.

After years of working on many different types of vehicles I'm happy to work at Darling's with my most trusted vehicle brand, GM. I've had around ten GM vehicles and have been so impressed with GM's quality and craftsmanship.  Everyday it is heart warming to match a vehicle to the perfect owner. I feel so proud when I hear a customers story. I look forward to listening to your story to find the perfect vehicle. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I am a born Mainer, with a love for anything outdoors.  I proudly grew up in West Gardiner, Maine, working on hay and dairy farms. When I was about 20, a friend encouraged me to check out law enforcement, and I started my career off as a Corrections Officer in the Kennebec County Jail in January of 1993. I worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Lincoln County and officer for the Wiscasset Police Department as well as the Southwest Harbor Police Department where I worked as a Patrol Officer and a Police Dispatcher. After 25 years I decided to retire from full time law enforcement, and I still maintain my reserve law enforcement status. Not sure what the next path was, I knew I needed a new career as I am still young enough for one. I found my new and exciting career to keep me busy at Darling's in 2018.

Today I live in Ellsworth, with my beautiful bride Kirsten, whom I met the unusual way online.  We have two amazing adult kiddos, Morgan and Nicolas, and three grandchildren. Kirsten and I have a few fur babies of 2 cockapoos, Emma and Maggie, and a cat named Rascal, named after the country band Rascal Flatts. We have a full house but we remember to take time for ourselves, and enjoy our date nights and yearly anniversary cruise to the Caribbean. My family and I are huge supporters of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and help orchestrate the Walk for Wishes in Ellsworth every year.

I am proud to work at Darling's. Every day I enter a world filled with a positive upbeat attitude and supportive team members, my third family. It is this experience of caring, I want to give back to every customer. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.

  • Gary Seavey
    Sales Representative

I'm a bit of an oddball here at the dealership. I didn't grow up with a passion to drive or a love for everything car related. I am driven to help people, it's who I've always been. I grew up in the MDI area, specifically Tremont in the village of Sea Cove. During summer vacations my dad got me a job at Jackson Laboratory. After graduation I worked full time until a job as Material Supervisor became available. I had a great job, grew my family and stayed for 28 years. In 2013 I decided to find my next adventure.

My wonderful daughter let me work with her for a bit at her business. She makes handcrafted handbags from sailing materials, float rope in particular. She let me run the store in Bar Harbor. I was quite the salesman at selling purses and clutches, but I still needed something different. My wife had always joked that I could be a good car salesman. She was right and I started at Darling's in 2015.

My life so far has had many adventures, three of those adventures are my proudest. My two daughters, my son and my grandson are the best part of my world. My world outside of the office revolves around my sons love of baseball and my beautiful wife. My son, Jack plays baseball year round and I do my best to catch every game! When we are not cheering on Jack my wife and I enjoy our cruises to the Eastern Caribbean and enjoying a local meal at our favorite Bar Harbor Restaurants, Kebo Golf Club or Rosalies Pizza. I also enjoy golfing in the summer, traveling, playing with my Pug Lubu and my lab puppy named Cruz.

I absolutely love what I do because it is so different everyday. I take great pride in helping people, it's never about the bottom line but being able to take care of people. I remember how I felt when I bought my vehicles from Darling's. It is this exceptional experience that I want to give to every customer, because we all deserve to be taken care of. I am certified in all the vehicles I sell and do my best to be on top of the technical questions to assure the answer to every vehicle question.

I want to help everyone find a vehicle wether it's your first or fifth vehicle. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime and I would be happy to find the right vehicle to fit your life.

I consider myself a Mainer though I was born away. I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and moved to MDI around the age of five. After graduating from Sullivan I had a passion helping people and became Firefighter/EMS in Washington D.C. Big city life wasn't for me and moved back home to MDI. I still wanted to give back to my home and joined the Darling's family in 2018.

At home I spend time with my fur babies, a dog named Raven and a cat named Jinx. I try to give back to my community and joined as a volunteer firefighter for Lamoine. When time allows I relax on the boat to Big Tunk in Sullivan. I have a beautiful newborn named Aubrey who has my whole heart in all that I do.

Darling's has a reputation of kindness, something that fits in well with my passion to help people. My salesman was Jason Hardison at Darling's and I remember the way he treated me, genuine and fair. This is what I want for all of my customers. I am here to help, feel free to reach out to me anytime.

Hi, I'm Mike and I am a man of the sea. I grew up in Syracuse, New York. In 1976 I found the sea and proudly joined the United States Navy. For 20 years the navy brought me near and far stationed in Winter Harbor, ME, Scotland, England, Korea and Massachusetts. I proudly retired as a Chief on board the USS Constitution in Boston Harbor.  My wife and I settled in her home town of Franklin, ME and I began my second career at Darling's.

My wife Beverly and I have been together for 38 wonderful years.  We have 3 amazing children Andrew, Philip and Danielle. They're all grown up now and have given us several amazing grandkids. Amidst all of this we have 3 dogs, and 2 birds. The dogs are named Apollo, Toby and Sitka.

My family and I enjoy spending time together with our outdoor lifestyle around our little pond. At our pond we boat, swim, fish, ATV. Last summer I even tried Stand Up Paddle boarding! When we aren't at the pond I grab my Jeep and head to my favorite spot at Schoodic Point.

Jeep has to be my favorite brand I sell because it fits my outdoor lifestyle, along with many other Mainers. When we can't get outside I can be found rocking out on my guitar to good old rock songs.  Currently I am also a proud supporter of Veterans as the Board of Director for the Franklin Veteran's Club.

I've been with Darlings for 19 years and counting!  I wake up each morning knowing this company is there to support me and my community, it's unlike any other dealership. It's a more personal way of doing business and I'm proud to represent such a local company.

Feel free to call me anytime to chat vehicles or share a good Jeep story!

My customers are my priority and I am focused on providing the most vehicle knowledge I can to be as honest and transparent as possible. Buying a car is a big decision and it's my goal to be sure the customer knows they are making the best decision for them.

I am a proud Mainer born and raised in Skowhegan. After falling in love with my one and only Sheri at Husson University, we started our lives together in the Bangor area. Sheri worked as an Administrative Assistant for the ROTC at the University of Maine.  While I started working at North Country Management Group DBA Burger King, beginning as a restaurant manager and eventually Director of Operations for eight Burger Kings in Maine. These locations included Caribou, Presque Isle, Houlton, Calais, Ellsworth, Rockland, Bangor and Orono, Maine. During this time we raised two incredible children, Christopher and Brittany. Christopher now works as an Assistant Chief Engineer at NASA and Brittany is Critical Care Nurse at George Washington University Hospital in Washington D.C. Needless to say, we're incredibly proud of our kiddos! After 35 years working for Burger King I decided to finally land my dream job as a car salesman. I started on Oct, 12th 2014 and have never looked back!

I truly love this company and my customers. The Darling's organization is like no other. The Darling's family go out of their way to make every employee feel appreciated starting day one.  This appreciation shines through to the customers.

My customers are my favorite part of this job. I'm proud to say my customers have given me positive reviews for three years and growing on dealerrater.com. This means I am a certified employee with dealer rater with a 100% satisfaction rate!! I LOVE my customers and believe each person has their own story to share. The best part of my job is being able to listen to each customers story to find the perfect vehicle to continue their life story.

Outside the dealership my life story revolves around my family.  My wife and I enjoy our tradition of a two mile walk each day. We also continue to share our love of traveling with various cruises since the early 1980's, always to somewhere warm!

When I'm not spending time with my family I enjoy giving back to my community. I am a proud Extraordinaire Minister for twenty eight years at St. Paul the Apostle Parish.  In my career I've had the pleasure of also working on various school, parish and chamber boards. Most importantly though is my support for cancer research, something most everyone can relate to.

Please feel free to reach out to me anytime and I look forward to sharing your story!

I'd have to say I'm you're typical Mainer. I was proudly born and raised in MDI, Maine.

I've moved around the area a bit and am currently searching for the perfect forever home in the MDI region. Vehicles have always been a passion of mine, but I didn't know where to take it.

I trained in Auto Mechanics only to find that I didn't want to be a "grease monkey" for a career. My interest as a salesman started with my first truck, a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. Oddly enough my truck was from Nick Smith at Darling's Chevrolet. Nick is an amazing salesman, and I appreciated the experience I had with him. This is what inspired me to be a vehicle salesman. I got a job with Friend and Friend Powersports as my first sales job. I still wanted to be a car salesman and found my home at Darling's in 2018.

Outside of car sales my world is my little girls. My girls, Kenzie and Emmie, are what drive me when I wake up each day and go into work, everything for them. I love coming home at night and just playing with them, building train tracks and other toys. When I'm not with the girls I enjoy the outdoors, fishing and hunting during deer season. I look forward to bringing the girls on outdoor adventures, though Kenzie is already a bit of a fisherman. Someday maybe I'll bring them to Egg Rock Lighthouse in Bar Harbor, Maine. My Gramp was stationed at the lighthouse and it would be great to see the lighthouse through his perspective.

I'm so proud to be part of such a great team and even greater company. The experience I had was the best car buying experience of my life, and I wish to do the same for my customers. Darling's is down to earth and kind, something you don't see everyday. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime and I'll gladly help

I'm a born downeaster from East Machias, Maine. I grew up with a competitive spirit and went to college at the University of Maine for Physical Education and Health. After graduating I wanted to explore and found a job as a Stock Broker in Atlanta, Georgia.  After a few years of city life I wanted to be back near home and became a financial planner in Portland, Maine. This was still a little too far from home and eventually moved back downeast as a Phys Ed teacher in Jonesport as well as a real estate agent. In 2011 I needed a change and was encouraged to put my competitive nature to good use as a Sales Representative at Darling's. I started in 2011 and have loved every minute of it since then.

Outside of the dealership my world revolves around my family and outdoors. My wonderful wife Kara and I were married in 2009 and now have two children, a boy and a girl. We also have two furry family members our little puggles, Buddy and Brownie. Family time is our favorite, whether fishing, kayaking, traveling or cheering on the Boston Red Sox. Our camp on Holbrook Pond is where some of our favorite family memories are made every year.

Everyday at the dealership is different and this is why I love it here. The management cares and helps grow and train me and my fellow coworkers. It's this training that allows me to give the best experience to my customers.  It's more than a vehicle sale, it's about the customer finding something to keep their story going. I most enjoy the happiness found in first time car buyers or finding a vehicle that a customer didn't think was even possible. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I am a proud Mainer from up north as they say. I was raised in Lincoln, Maine and went to school for nursing at UMFK. Afterwords I found my niche in customer service at GM Pollack & Sons Jewelers. I've always enjoyed doing good for the people around me taking great pride in helping people. I moved to Ellsworth and continued my customer service as a representative at AT&T for six years. I had always heard of the great reputation of Darling's and took the opportunity to apply when I had the chance in 2018.

Outside the dealership I enjoy exploring and relaxing. I try and treat myself for spa days to recharge for my customers. I also love to travel wherever it is warm! Some of my favorite warmer destinations include Texas, New Orleans, Florida or Puerto Rico.

I love the reputation of Darling's as genuine dealership. Darling's takes great pride in taking care of their customers. This gives me so much pride in knowing I am helping people. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime!

    Finance Business Manager

I am a finance man by profession and a creative outside the office. My story begins in Sedgwick, Maine where I was born and raised. After graduating I studied business administration and investment services at New England College of Business and the University of Maine. My degree led me to a job as a teller in 2006 at Bangor Savings Bank and leaving in 2012 as part of the wealth management group. I needed a new adventure and started at Darling's Chevrolet shortly after as a salesman. Two and a half years later I started as a finance manager and haven't looked back.

My world outside the office is filled with creativity, love and adventure. My wife, Victoria, and I enjoy adventuring with our two children at the beach on Patten Pond. My wife has gotten me into hunting and fishing, something I never thought I would enjoy.  I've always had a creative side enjoying music, art, and freelancing as a web guy. My love for music is proudly shared as the music director for Eggemoggin Baptist Church. Something I most enjoy is helping others, a quality that fits well with my job.

Darling's is a company that cares for its employees and customers. I take great pride in helping shape a customers financial picture. Feel free to reach me anytime with finance questions or if you are stuck on a soduko puzzle, I am here to help.

    Finance Business Manager

As the saying goes, I am a transplant to Maine. I was born and raised in Doylestown, Ohio. I fell in love with golf at 14 years old. I continued playing throughout my teenage years and eventually decided to make it a full time part of my life. I became the General Manager of a Golf Club in Ohio, but I wanted a little more golf in my world. My journey led me to Florida to attend the Golf Academy of America to earn an Associate degree in Golf Complex Operations. I have since obtained a Bachelor's of Business Management degree. Though sunny Florida was a great place to golf, a job opened up in Bangor, Maine as a Golf Professional for The Penobscot Valley Country Club. I worked as their Golf Pro until 2014. Maine became my home, but I needed more. I found what I was looking for when I became an F&I Manager at Darling's.

I love my job and the ability to help my customers. My office is not always fun or easy for the customer, as it is what I like to call "the necessary paperwork"  portion of the the sales process. It can be overwhelming to make decisions about warranties, financing, contracts, and insurance. I ensure this part of the process is completed accurately and in a timely manner so the customer can leave knowing their vehicle will be protected for its lifetime.

My time at work is very fulfilling, but outside the office I enjoy my time with my beautiful wife, Sara. We met in 2012 online and knew we wanted to spend our lives together pretty quickly, marrying in 2014. We enjoy traveling and being foodies, making sure to try new restaurants everywhere we go. Locally, we frequent Blaze in Bangor. We also enjoy time spent at a family camp on Swan Lake where we do nothing but relax, soak up the sun and admire the beauty of Maine.

My job is customer-oriented and that brings everything into focus for me. Numbers aren't  always easy for people, but I do whatever possible to ensure a comfortable experience. Darling's, as a company, cares for everyone from upper management to those who plow the lots, and that's important to me. It's this love and care that I want to provide my customers. If you ever have questions involving numbers, don't hesitate to give me shout!

I love providing the best customer experience to my customers. I gained a wealth of knowledge in the customer care field. My work within the up and coming internet department gave me great skills at online customer care. Eventually this experience led me becoming an online Customer Care Representative within the auto industry.

After thirteen years in this industry I found the perfect job closer to home in customer care at Darling's in Ellsworth. When I'm not focused on the best customer experience I enjoy my time with my wonderful husband. We enjoy the little things like relaxing at home, motorcycling, walking or hiking.

I must admit, I love my job. Darling's has a down home family atmosphere with a vision of giving the best customer experience. The experience is based on a shared vision of wanting the best for every customer. It is this experience that I am proud to share with my customer experience. If you have any questions about vehicles feel free to submit an online inquiry or give me a call directly anytime.

    Office Manager

My story began in Eastbrook, Maine. I was born and raised here and eventually found my way to a temp job at Darling's in January of 2003 as a Receptionist. Not long after I was hired full time as Office Manager

I now live in Ellsworth with my two dogs and two chickens. The dogs, Silas and Charlie were both rescues and have found their forever happy place at my home. When I'm not at home I can be found at  Crossfit Breakwater or beaching it anywhere there is water. Crossfit has been a great driver for me to progress quickly at the gym and take out a bit of my competitive nature, it was one of those things I'd always wanted to do but was scared. Once I had the courage to take the first step it was an instant love. I can weirdly enough say I love burpees.

At the dealership I tend to be known as the woman with the answers. I try and facilitate a good flow of information to make sure everything runs smoothly. I enjoy giving back to the community by facilitating bi-annual blood drives at the dealership. I've been here for many years and consider Darling's part of my family, down to earth and incredibly caring. I would love to try and answer any questions you may have, I may not always have the answer but I will do my best to figure it out.

    Rental Agent/Porter

I'm a proud resident of Sullivan, Maine where I was born and raised. I take great pride in my little town and am proud to still live and work in this great community. Before starting at Darling's I worked for 27 years for the Maine Department of Transportation. I was commuting to Bangor daily and needed something a little closer to home. Friends had always said how great Darling's was, so I joined the team in 2016.

Everyone around me at Darling's from customers to employees has an enthusiastic attitude that drives me daily. This to me makes everyday special because I want to give this positivity back to customers for a great customer experience. Outside of work I love to give back to my little town volunteering for the Sullivan Fire and Rescue committees and brightening up spots with gardening.  I also love to spend time with my wonderful family of two sisters, three nephews, three grand nephews, a niece, my mom and my two dogs. The dogs Hazel and Rascal love walks and fishing with momma. When I have free time I LOVE to cook, especially my favorite stuffed pasta shells while jamming out to the Bob and Sheri who on Kiss FM.

I can be found when you first arrive at service as the enthusiastic rental agent or porter. Feel free to share a smile with me and I will be there ensuring you have a great day!

    Service Manager

I am an East Machias born and raised Downeaster. I always had a passion for automative and trained at Northern Maine Vocational Technical Institute for Automotive Technology in Presque Isle, Maine. I was lucky enough to find a job close to home as an Automotive Tech at Morrison's Chevrolet in Ellsworth. That was about 30 years ago and the name on the door may be Darling's now, but the roots remain the same.  I spent about 11 years as a tech and was asked to grow as Shop Foreman and eventually Service Manager.

I take great pride in giving back to my community to ensure the next generation is successful. In my career I've been on many vocational advisory boards for High Schools and Colleges in Maine and even New Hampshire, including EMCC. I do this to be sure vocational training is kept in schools and to train those that come after me correctly to be successful in their careers.

Outside the vocational world I also enjoy my work with the Lion's Club of Ellsworth and The Anah Temple Shriners of Bangor. I've been involved in both organizations for about 20 years now. For both organizations it is giving back to the community and the kids that makes it all worth it.

My wife, Terri and I grew our lives together about 25 years ago. We have a beautiful daughter, Victoria who has grown into a smart hardworking young woman. She now works in the big city of Portland  as a Personal Trainer, College Volleyball Coach and Dog Walker. She's following her passion for sports after graduating from St. Josephs's College and I could not be more proud.

I take great pride in the people I work with every day, as everyone is special and deserves to be treated as so. Beyond the techs and the vehicles my job is about the people that walk in the door everyday. Everyone who walks in deserves to be respected and heard, that is my goal.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me anytime and I will do everything I can to help you with your vehicle.

    Team Service Manager

I am a proud Mainer, living in Steuben Maine. I Grew up in Lamoine and made my life in the splendor of Downeast, Maine. Before starting at Darling's I most recently worked in the glamorous field of plumbing. For 10 years I worked in sales and warranties at F.W. Webb. Darling's was a new start for me as my kids were all grown up I decided it was time for me!

I finished my B.A. in Social Science with a minor in Behavioral Science from U.M.A and knew this was my time to shine! Darling's was a perfect fit for me and the next chapter of my life.  I have two awesome kiddos that are all grown up now. My daughter is a CNA and my son rates music, pretty proud of them. My home is a little calmer now and it has become my happy place outside the dealership. Here I enjoy being a home body cooking, reading and spending time with my huskies! My huskies, Copper, Belle, and Doc comfort me when reading mystery novels, my favorite being Stephen King. When I do get out of the house I go to the beaches of Maryland for my yearly family summer trip.

I do enjoy Darling's and consider the dealership my second family. The service side of the car industry is all about the customer experience. The atmosphere of family transcends to the customers, something you don't see at most places. It's this atmosphere that drives me because a happy customer is a job well done at the end of the day. If you need help with that silly key fob or any vehicle questions feel free to reach out to me anytime.

  • Andy Buzzell
    Team Service Manager

I'm a Maine native born and raised in Bangor. Growing up I found I had a knack for fixing things. In my family I became the go to fixer of what seemed like everything, including cars.

My knack became a passion and I started as a vehicle technician after graduation. I started as a vehicle technician in the late 1980's working on automobiles, over the road trucks and heavy equipment. In the 1990's I moved to parts sales with Bean and Conquest and  eventually service with Quirk Auto. Today I find my home in service working for Darling's Automall for 18 years and counting.

Outside the service world I started my family about 27 years ago with my amazing wife. We've grown together with a son, 6 grandchildren, and a golden retriever named Tucker. We love spending time together, adventuring and hiking. When I'm not with my family I enjoy spending time with my community as a lifetime member of the Orrington Rod and Gun Club and current Vice President. In fact I'm proudly an International Benchrest Competitor.

Besides this I've always liked music, mostly rock and blues. My latest adventure has been learning to design/build acoustic guitars.

No matter the adventure I'd still say I'm a bit of a fixer at work. Darling's has always taken care of me and my family. I feel appreciated for my work and that what's make it worth it. This care is what I give to every customer that walks in for service.

I consider every customer like family, and like family I will do my best to be the trusted family fixer upper. Feel free to reach out anytime.

    BDC Customer Representative

I am not a born Mainer, but a Mainer at heart. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. I enlisted in the Peruvian Navy at the age of sixteen stationed in Lima. After serving I visited my favorite summer spot in Bar Harbor, Maine. While visiting I met a wonderful man, named Wayne, whom I fell in love with. We were married and I officially became a Mainer.  I worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for Spanish and French. My adventure brought me to Darling's in 2014 when I became a BDC customer representative.

Outside the office I always try to add value to myself and my community to create a better life for my family. I enjoy volunteering at the Shepherd's Godparent Home in Bangor, running, reading, working out, traveling, brushing up on my French, cooking and adventuring with my family. My family includes my hubby, beautiful daughter, Lauren, our dog, Stella, and two fish named Bubbles and Tom. Our adventures take us traveling all over the world from the Grand Canyon to Barcelona and everywhere in between.

Darling's has always shared a spirit of community caring through the years. Personally Darling's has been caring for my family for generations.  Both my husband and his grandfather were both proud employees. I am honored to be a third generation employee for such a great company.  I value my work with Darling's taking great pride in providing the best service to my customers.  Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

    Lead Counter Person

Automobiles are in my blood. I was born in Cherryfield until my family moved to Lamoine, Maine. I grew up in the auto industry with a loving family of car painters. I landed a job painting cars for awhile in my early years. About 30 years ago I changed it up and moved to a Parts Counter Person in Ellsworth.

Though buildings and dealerships have changed since I started, from Linnehan's, to Dow Motors, Triangle Automotive and Darling's one thing has stayed the same, the people. I've been pretty lucky to work with such great people and customers in Ellsworth. One brand I can count on in GM and Chrysler, I'm proud to be certified in GM and Chrysler to provide quality parts to people. Most of the time I focus on selling wholesale parts to collision shops all over.

On my off time I like to spend time with the most friendly cat in the world, Mabel, named after my mother. I'm also an active supporter of Relay For Life. Everyone has someone they know who has been effected by cancer, me too. For about 10 years I've participated in Relay for Life and helped raise about $25,000 for cancer research, that's one proud Mabel. I also enjoy riding my motorcycle and going upta my family camp at Schoodic. Since about the 60's my family has known how to relax with no electricity and an outhouse, just nature. When I'm not feeling like relaxing I'm a big fan of live concerts from Journey, to Metallica, Daughtry and even Fall Out Boy, if it has a good beat I'm in!

My co-workers including Everett are some of the BEST parts people I know.

We are proud to serve our customers and make sure YOU are treated right, feel free to call anytime.

    Parts Consultant

I'm a Mainer, born and raised in beautiful Hancock, Maine. Like most "Downeasters" I had my experience with the lobster industry with my first job at a lobster pound in high school. After graduation I followed my passion for automobiles and pursued automotive vocational training. Though I loved automobiles I soon learned my preference was working the front end of service instead of the mechanic side. I worked the service side for a little while at various places around Ellsworth and eventually landed a job at a Morrison's Chevrolet.

I began as a Service Writer at Morrison's Chevrolet. Morrison's became Darling's about 6 years ago. I moved from Darling's Chevrolet to Darling's Automall becoming a Parts Consultant.

During all of this I was introduced to my wonderful wife, Lisa. We have been happily married for 34 years and counting! We have 3 grown children, 3 grandkids and currently 3 cats. Outside the dealership my wife and I take care of 7 rental home in the Hancock area. This takes a good amount of our free time, but when we do have time we explore Maine in our trusted GM and see where the road takes us.

One thing I love most about Darling's is how it feels like a family. You wouldn't think the owners of the company would know you by name, but they do. Not only that but they get involved in the community and represent us so well.

I'm proud of my Darling's family, anytime you need anything parts related feel free to call me and I'll treat you like a member of the family.

  • Everett Dorr
    Parts Counter Person

I am a proud "Downeaster" born, raised, and staying in extraordinary Ellsworth, Maine. In 1997 I started my career at Darling's as part of the Reconditioning team. Eventually I worked my way from Parts Receiver to Parts Counter Person. It seems like yesterday I started at Darling's, 20 years later I'm proud to say I still LOVE my job. I have an extraordinary team that keeps me laughing everyday, especially James Moore.

For the past 14 years I've been a Certified Parts advisor for the GM brand. This is one of the parts of my job I love most because I am able to be trained in the latest GM parts and accessories each year. I take great pride in knowing I have the knowledge to find the perfect and correct part for my customers.  I may be a little "GM" eccentric only purchasing GM vehicles. I believe in the quality parts that make up a GM. My current GM is my GMC Terrain, unnamed as of yet.

When I'm not in Parts mode I enjoy my time with my family and pets. I'm lucky enough to call my wonderful girlfriend Tricia, her pdaughters, Becca and Stephanie, my little family.  One of our favorite activities is hiking beautiful Acadia National Park. I also have two extraordinary pets, a cat named Mouse and a dog named Zeke. Zeke is my "Cow Dog" spotted like a cow and loves to eat grass. My pets and I enjoy watching our favorite Movie Back to the Future or listening to AC DC. I also enjoy biking and traveling, especially Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Recently I joined a bowling league in Brewer to get into shape and have fun with friends.

If you're ever stuck wondering what's that part or do I need that part call me anytime.

  • Scott Polley
    Parts Counter Person

Hello, I am Scott and I have been in the business since I was just a boy. I grew up in Holden where my father had a transmission shop. When I was just a young kid I was always hanging around the shop with the smell of grease and a knack for what's that part called. I always liked working with my hands and took vocational training including building and construction. After my training I still had a love for parts and started working at Carquest Auto Parts in Bangor, Maine.

One day about 14 years ago my Mother recommended me to her friend the Parts Manager at Darling's Ellsworth location. I moved to East Orland and began my career as a Parts Counter Person at Darling's. I've proudly become certified as a Parts Advisor for both GM and Chrysler. This means the world to me as I am able to talk parts with customers and better understand their current needs.

My life isn't all about parts, as much as I like them, but they did bring some great things to my world. After starting at Darling's a co-worker introduced me to Cindy. Cindy and I married about 7 years ago and I couldn't imagine my life without her. Our world revolves around my step son Hunter, our two dogs Lucy and Dakota and our many chickens. Needless to say we're an animal loving family, in fact our dogs have Dunkin Donut Sunday's where each is allowed 1 glazed donut hole. I'm also an avid certified drone photographer and may be found brushing off my building skills around the area.

I try not to talk to much parts talk, but I love what I do. The people I work with, such as Everett Dorr are incredible parts people and that's the Darling's difference. It's not just parts, it's the people behind the parts.

Feel free to reach out to me anytime to talk parts, drone photography, or construction and I'll be there!
